Tonight: Nia at Greyrock Commons,
Place: 2265 Shooting Star Lane, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521
Time: 6-7 pm
Cost: $10 drop in, $80 for a 10 class punch card
We'll be dancing in the beautiful common room at Greyrock tonight. The routine will be Infinity. The music is incredible. It's traditional Scottish ballads that have been updated by a Scottish artist named Paul Mounsey. There are lots of great drum beats and awesome rhythm to get down to! Here is a link to youtube so you can listen to the second song called "Alba".

For some reason, the link isn't coming up as one that you can click. You'll have to copy and paste it onto Youtube's site.
The routine focuses on the neck and shoulder girdle which allows the whole body
to realign properly. It feels SO freaking good!

This is a photo of me having just completed the blue belt training at Nia Headquarters, Portland Oregon. My friend Liat from Israel is next to me. I was so happy to have completed another intensive week at Nia HQ. It's challenging and profound to have a week full of learning about myself, my new friends, and of course Nia. I have been enlightened by this latest training. The main idea of the blue belt is on communication. I feel I am already better at communicating in my classes, with my friends, and my children and husband.
